I said before and I’ll say it again… it means a TON to me when people put their trust in me to capture their special day… and it means even MORE to me when those people happen to be good friends too. If Bridgette and Zac look familiar to you, that’s because they have graced the pages of my blog before. More recently, I featured their awesome engagement session and a few weeks after we did their e-session, they tied the knot. And if their priest looks familiar too, he should… he married Ali and I too earlier this year (whatup Father Leo!).
In so many ways, this wedding was non-traditional. Which works out well for me since I’m a non-traditional photographer. But who needs ‘traditional’ when you have a ton of love? Not just between Bridgette and Zac but between family and friends which was abundant at their wedding.
We didn’t have too much time for pictures after the ceremony but we did manage to get some great moments while walking the streets of Soulard before heading to the reception at Molly’s where Bridgette and Zac were greeted by their closest friends and family.
Oh – did I mention that Bridgette and Zac loved getting married so much that they decided to do it again in Jamaica shortly afterward? Lucky bastards!
Congrats guys and thanks again for letting me capture your day. :)
