TG (who I think looks like actress Jennifer Connelly) and I were hoping for a beautiful sunset for our session last Sunday but who needs the sun when you have the smiles from TG’s 3 boys Toren (8), Tavin (7) and Jack (2)? If you can’t tell from the images, Toren and Tavin were full of energy but luckily we had an open field for them to run around while Jack stuck close to mom. The biggest challenge wasn’t getting candid pictures of this great family, it was getting the boys to stay still for a few seconds! But after they burned off what seemed like endless energy and with the help of mom, we were able to snap a few images of everyone together.
On a side note, just as we were close to wrapping up the session, I get a call from Ali. She typically doesn’t call me while I’m on location shooting a session but when she called me twice, I knew there was a problem… We had sprung a leak in the house (from watering the grass earlier in the afternoon) and it was flooding our basement! Luckily, TG was very understanding and I was only 10 mins away from home. When I got home, it wasn’t as bad as I envisioned it in my head but we spent most of the evening trying to soak up the water and it took a few days for the carpet to dry up… *ugh*
